This ultra light-weight Bay Area made crossbody bag is perfect for someone on the go. Designed in buttery soft Italian leather, the square-shaped strap bag delivers effortless style with everyday function.
The bag features YKK’s EXCELLA® zipper with fully polished metal elements for a refined finish. A touch of sparkle is added with three shimmering clear and turquoise crystals mounted in silver-tone hardware on the front.
The crossbody bag includes a matching adjustable, detachable leather strap with a crystal accent on the strap loop and shiny silver hardware. It comes with a dust bag and is Bay Area made in Clayton, California by artist Lisa Ramos.
The Handmade Handbag Process
Each MONOLISA design is an extensive process of creating a custom handbag pattern, hand cutting materials, and meticulously sewing each piece to create a high-quality bag you can wear for years to come. The adjustable strap is beautifully edge painted in black.
Each bag is handcrafted personally by Bay Area handbag designer Lisa Ramos in her Clayton, California studio. MONOLISA bags are not mass produced or sold in retail stores. They are available exclusively on this website or at a MONOLISA show. MONOLISA handbags have been featured at the San Francisco American Craft Show and other fine art juried shows.

Italian Leather Crossbody Bag — Details
Bag Leather: Designed in Italy by a fifth-generation tannery. The leather undergoes a vacuuming process that creates a smooth, polished surface, allowing it to burnish and become more beautiful with wear. Natural leather characteristics are visible.

Adjustable Edge-Painted Strap: 43"–49" (measured from each lobster claw)
Interior: Natural black raw edge

I fell in love with the creative process because of the unlimited possibilities. My inspiration comes from exploring new ways to improve my designs and creating pieces that require a new skill set… during that process inspiration is born.
