The minimal pearl 14 karat yellow gold textured earrings add a refined touch of elegance to any personal style. The earrings feature beautiful Akoya grade-A cultured iridescent black pearls (6mm) paired with a sculptural bent hoop design crafted in solid 14 karat yellow gold.
What makes this modern earring design unique is the handmade process—each piece is hand sculpted, hammered, and polished to create a high-quality heirloom design you can wear for years to come. Every pair is personally handcrafted by designer Lisa Ramos in her Clayton, California studio.
MONOLISA artisan-made jewelry is not mass produced or sold in retail stores. These earrings are available exclusively through the online shop, by appointment, or at select MONOLISA fine art shows.
Each pair arrives gift-ready in a fancy gold trim box, white gift box, and includes a Sunshine cleaning cloth.

About Akoya Pearls
Akoya pearls are known for their mirror-like luster, exceptional roundness, and refined surface quality—making them one of the most prized pearls in fine jewelry.
Their quality comes from a slower, more delicate cultivation process. Akoya pearls are typically harvested in cold saltwater during the winter months, which helps develop their signature high luster. Each Akoya oyster produces only one pearl at a time, contributing to their rarity and value.
In contrast, freshwater oysters can produce multiple pearls at once and grow more quickly. Pearls have long symbolized love and elegance and are the traditional birthstone for June.
